Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Participation in the giveaway is free, and no purchase is required to enter or win.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry, except in jurisdictions where prohibited by law.
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Pulmuone, Nasoya, Wildwood, and its related entities are not eligible to participate.

ENTRY & SELECTION

  • Entries must be submitted via the designated landing page.
  • The giveaway entry period will begin on April 1, 2026, and end on April 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST. All entries must be received within this time frame.
  • Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winners will be notified on or before May 31, 2026, via the email address provided during entry. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be chosen.
  • Pulmuone reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information or violates giveaway rules.

PRIZES & LIMITATIONS

  • The prize for the giveaway is a custom handmade, one-of-a-kind ceramic plate and VIP Pulmuone Coupons.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Pulmuone is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged prizes once shipped.

LIABILITY RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pulmuone, Nasoya, Wildwood, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to:

  • Participation in the giveaway.
  • Acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
  • Technical failures or human errors affecting the giveaway announcement or administration.

PRIVACY & USE OF INFORMATION

  • By entering, participants consent to Pulmuone collecting and processing personal information for giveaway purposes.
  • Winner names and photos may be used in marketing materials, website content, and social media posts, subject to permission.
  • All personal data will be handled in accordance with and for the purposes set out in Pulmuone’s Privacy Policy, found at https://www.pulmuonefoodsusa.com/privacy-policy/.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any third-party platform.

MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

Pulmuone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
